Our technicians are trained to correctly assess when a job is genuinely contained versus when it actually needs the fuller remediation process.
We'd rather turn a job into a smaller, cheaper visit than pad the scope for a bigger invoice.
Four reasons Mears property owners trust us with this specific job.
We'll tell you plainly if your Mears job is a simple removal or actually needs full remediation. A second opinion costs nothing extra if you're unsure which category your property falls into. We photograph the treated area before and after for your own records.
HEPA vacuums and EPA-registered antimicrobials go on every Mears job, regardless of size. We don't scale down quality just because the square footage is smaller. Our Mears vehicles restock antimicrobial supplies daily.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We'll show you the math, not just a total. We photograph the treated area before and after for your own records.
We keep enough local capacity to avoid a multi-day wait for a contained job. Urgent cases jump the queue when you flag them at booking. Our Mears vehicles restock antimicrobial supplies daily.
Every Mears job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We identify why that particular spot grew mold before treating it, so the fix actually holds.
We'll sort what's salvageable from what isn't, so you're not paying to treat something too far gone.
This step happens before any antimicrobial treatment, not as a substitute for it.
Application follows label instructions for dwell time and coverage, not a rushed pass-through.
We won't consider a Mears job finished if it still smells like it did when we walked in.
If a spot needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
